The 21-299 is a 10-inch Surform® half-round regular cut Replacement Blade used for fast stock removal and shaping curved surfaces. The convex replacement blade is ideal for work on fibreglass and removing filler (for cars and boats). It can be used as a replacement blade on 21-295 Surform® flat file – regular cut blade and 21-296 Surform® plane type – regular cut blade.
